Return, Exchange, and Refund details:
We offer a 7-day return policy starting from the date of product delivery. Once the item is received, we will process the refund in 5-7 business days. Please make your purchase mindfully. Prior to requesting a return, kindly review the following conditions.
- Our 7-day return policy allows you to return items to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- For the return to be approved, the item must be unused, still in its original packaging, and have all of its tags attached. It is also necessary to have the invoice or other proof of purchase.
- We would need proof that the product arrived damaged, such as a picture or video. It is therefore suggested that you record a video prior to opening your order.
- After receiving and reviewing your return, we will issue a refund for the full amount you paid for the product—that is, the amount you paid less the shipping fee.
- The cost of return shipping would be your responsibility.
Please Note:
Products like anjeer, cranberries, dates, and similar items have a shorter shelf life. In case these products are damaged after delivery, we will replace them. Please contact us, and we will take the necessary action promptly.
When stored in cold conditions, our products can last up to 9 months. However, if stored in a humid environment, they may spoil sooner.

Cancellation Information
In an effort to give you the best possible items, we carefully inspect every purchase before shipment to minimise any problems.
Orders may be cancelled up to one hour after they are placed. Once the allotted time has passed, cancellation is not possible.
